How to Pick Healing Herbs

How to Pick Healing Herbs

Before there were pharmaceutical companies bringing the public the latest chemical-based treatment, there were apothecaries and herbalist that knew the beneficial uses for herbs found right in their own backyards. Because of the renewed interest in herbs, it has become necessary to acquire an understanding into how to pick the right healing herbs.

1

Keep turmeric on hand to treat arthritic conditions. Turmeric contains curcumin, which is considered to be an anti-inflammatory. Since the pain associated with arthritis is due to inflammation in the joints, it might help to use turmeric in the diet.

2

Try to get spicy as often as possible with a little bit of cinnamon. Recent studies have shown that cinnamon extract taken daily can lower blood sugar, which is a good benefit for diabetics. It is also beneficial in lowering cholesterol, which in the long run can decrease the risk of heart diseases.

3

Using
rosemary
can assist in avoiding carcinogens. Carcinogens that enter the body can bind with DNA and contribute to the cause of tumors. But using rosemary extract, which contains carnosol and rosemarinic acid (antioxidants), has been shown to be a possible cancer protective.

4

Treat stomach sickness with ginger. Ginger is great at blocking serotonin which is produced by both the brain and stomach when a person is nauseated. Ginger is also good for relieving pain associated with arthritis as well as lowering blood pressure.

5

Lessen worries by using St. John's Wort. St. John's Wort has been known to be beneficial in the treatment of moderate depression and anxiety. It also helps induce a more sound sleep, which is quite beneficial to a person with insomnia.

6

Add garlic to the daily diet. Garlic is one of the best-known herbs out there. It is beneficial for numerous conditions from reducing the risk of certain cancers to treating ear infections. Garlic can reduce the risk of stroke and lower blood pressure.

Tips & Warnings

Whenever introducing herbal supplements to the diet, consult your doctor to make sure it will not interfere with other medications or other conditions. Most healing herbs are used in daily cooking and are safe for consumption.

How to permanently get rid of plantars warts

How to permanently get rid of plantars warts

This sounds too easy but I guarantee you it works! This is a quick failproof way to permanently get rid of Plantars warts.I have done this on someone that had 10 on one foot, all gone in 2 weeks.

Things You'll Need:

4 aspirin

white vinegar

cotton balls

tape

1

Mix 1/4 cup of white vinegar and four crushed aspirins.

2

Soak a cottonball that has been shaped to the approximate size of the wart. Place on the wart and tape it,trying not to expose too much of the surrounding skin.

3

Leave on overnight. The skin the next day will be whitish and soft. Do this everyday until you can see the roundish shape of the wart exposed, usually three.Stop at this point and see if the wart dies. If not give it a couple of more treatments and see if it dies.I havent tried this on childrens more sensitive skin but would probably only leave it on for an hour a day. This treatment does not burn or hurt at all.

Tips & Warnings

Save the money you would have spent at the doctors and take a nice vacation!!!!!!!

Use your own judgement on sensitive skin. I've only used this treatment on plantars warts that are under calloused skin. It works 100% of the time and they havent come back.

How to Perform Transmission Meditation for the Earth

How to Perform Transmission Meditation for the Earth

Transmission meditation is usually performed in groups. It has one goal in mind, which is to heal the world. This is a way to reconnect to the world and have a positive impact on it, too.

1

Start a transmission meditation group with at least three people who have the intention and desire to help.

2

Designate a specific day and time when you will perform transmission meditation. Consistency is key so that the higher powers know they can depend on you.

3

Sit in a circular fashion and read The Great Invocation (see Resources below) together and out loud.

4

Focus your energy on the point between your eyebrows (the ajna center) and say OM whenever your attention wanders. Let your energy flow, and the higher powers will direct it where it needs to go.

Tips & Warnings

Perform transmission meditation for 15 minutes and work up to an hour.

Children
under 12 should not participate, as their energy centers have not developed enough yet.

How to Perform Swedish Massage

How to Perform Swedish Massage

Swedish massage was developed in the early 1800's by a Swedish physician. Since then it has become the most commonly practiced massage in the West. It can help reduce muscle pain and joint stiffness. It is also good for relaxation, stress reduction and promotes general health.

Things You'll Need:

Someone to massage

A comfortable firm surface to massage on, such as a massage table, bed, or mat on the floor

Massage oil or lotion

1

Familiarize yourself with the five basic strokes of Swedish massage.Effleurage: Long flowing strokes using the palm of the hand or a loose fist. This stroke helps warm up the tissue to prepare it for deeper work. Keep your hands relaxed when doing this stroke.Petrissage: Kneading strokes that lift the muscle away from the bone. This stroke encourages blood and lymph flow.Tapotement: The percussive stroke that you often see on TV and in movies. It can be done in a chopping motion using the sides of the hands or with loose fists. Be sure to keep your wrists loose and relaxed. It promotes superficial blood flow and invigorates muscles.Friction: Small detailed strokes across the muscle fibers. This stroke is usually quite deep and can be done with fingertips, thumbs and knuckles moving back and forth across muscle fibers or in a small circular motion.Vibration: Osculating or shaking the muscles to stimulate nerve endings.

2

Choose the area that you'd like to massage. Lubricate the area with your massage lotion. Remember that if you use too much lotion it will be more difficult for you to apply deep pressure during the massage.

3

With relaxed hands, effleurage the area. Use deeper strokes when moving towards the heart and lighter strokes when moving away from the heart. Effleurage is a diagnostic stroke. As you massage pay close attention to what you're feeling in the muscle. Notice hot or cold areas, stiffness or lumpiness in the muscle tissue. You are looking for dysfunction in the muscle. You'll go back to these areas of dysfunction later with deeper and more detailed friction strokes.

4

Petrissage the thickest area or belly of the muscle you're working. This promotes blood flow and helps break up adhesions in the muscle.

5

Do friction strokes on the areas in the muscle where you felt dysfunction. Try to loosen the tight tissue. Be sure not to overwork it.

6

End the massage with some tapotement or vibration. Sometimes tapotement can be jarring if the person you're massaging is very relaxed or sleeping. In these instances do vibration instead.

Tips & Warnings

Communicate with the person you're massaging. Never work deeper than they feel comfortable.

Massages aren't always the same. Experiment with the different strokes to see what works best for you and the person you're working on.

Be sure to tell the person you massaged to drink plenty of water after the massage. This helps flush out any toxins that were released into the body during the massage.

Make sure you are comfortable and not straining while giving the massage.

Don't massage directly over the spine.

Don't massage the back of the knee or the crease of the elbow.

How to Perform Self Acupuncture

How to Perform Self Acupuncture

Giving yourself acupressure is not a new idea, nor is it dangerous, yet so many people fear the mere mention of the word. When you get a massage, you are in essence getting acupressure.

1

Apply pressure to the area between your eyes, above your nose. Gently rub in a circular motion to relieve eyestrain associated with overuse. This not only makes your eyes feel better within seconds but also refreshes you after a long day.

2

Reach your right hand to the back of your neck, placing your thumb on your shoulder, your index finger a bit higher on the neck itself and the rest of the fingers stretched up the neck. Do the same with your left hand, placing the fingers in the same positions on the left side of the neck.

3

Apply firm pressure with the index fingers. You will notice a tender spot under your index finger. Massage this spot with a little pressure for up to a minute. Rub or massage the neck muscles for up to a minute. Do this up to three times a day to relieve headaches.

4

Place your left hand directly below your navel with the fingers touching. Gently apply pressure here for a few minutes. Notice where your index finger lies below your navel. Gently rub in a circular fashion to provide a sense of well-being. This is the core of your body. Getting this area charged and feeling better will aid in a total sense of well-being when used with the other acupressure points.

How to Perform Reflexology Massage

How to Perform Reflexology Massage

Within the art of homeopathic wellness applications, reflexology massage has long since been recognized as a bona fide vehicle for achieving overall bodily wellness by manipulating the foot--a very small area of the body but one that is laden with nerve endings. As such, those who perform reflexology massage note that healing, relaxation, stress management, and an overall sense of wellbeing almost always are the results of a successful session. Those new to the craft will do well to learn how to perform reflexology massage until they are comfortable they understand how the touches affect the various organs.

Things You'll Need:

Reflexology chart

A clear understanding of the intent for the massage

Foot bath

Towel

Massage oil (heated)

Recliner

Lap tray

Reflexology instruments

Prepare to Perform Reflexology Massage

1

Refresh your memory with respect to the intent for the massage. If you are seeking to relieve insomnia you most likely want to perform reflexology massage differently than if you are attempting to calm an upset gastrointestinal tract.

2

Request that the person receiving the massage recline in a chair which permits you access to the feet. A lap tray outfitted with a sturdy but soft surface is best.

3

Invite the subject of the massage to place her feet into the footbath for a couple of minutes. As the skin is softened up, carefully heat up the massage oil.

4

Ask the person to remove the feet from the footbath and then dry them gently.

5

Apply the heated massage oil.

Perform Reflexology Massage

1

Begin to perform the reflexology massage by applying gentle but steady pressure to the targeted section of the foot. You will use your hands and squeeze carefully, moving your hand slowly in a massaging motion up and down the foot.

2

Use both hands to provide optimal coverage of the foot. Alternate the target areas to permit for the nerve sensations to pulsate to and through the recipient’s organs.

3

Manipulate the spine region with the help of both thumbs on the sole of the foot but only do so for brief periods of time to avoid discomfort. As you perform reflexology massage treatments, check on your subject’s reactions. Should you notice discomfort, it is best to move on to a different area or lighten the touch considerably.

4

Experiment with using reflexology tools such as balls, rollers, stones, or marbles. These items may be purchased at a holistic health store or you may create your own.

5

Finish the rubdown by gently massaging the feet with decreasing pressure until your touch is barely noticeable.

How to Perform Neck Rolls for Physical Therapy

How to Perform Neck Rolls for Physical Therapy

After an injury, physical therapy can help you to regain strength while improving range of motion and flexibility. The neck roll is one of many therapies you can employ to speed your recovery from injury. Use this exercise anytime your feel tension building in your neck, shoulders and upper back.

1

Stand or sit with your spine straight. Gently drop your chin down to your chest. Drop far enough to feel a stretch along the back of the neck, but do not force the movement. If you feel pain or discomfort, you are dropping too far. Hold the stretch for 10 seconds or two long, deep breaths.

2

Begin the roll. Keep your head dropped and roll your jawline along your collar bone, moving your head to the right side. Hold the stretch for two long, deep breaths or 10 seconds. Release the stretch and return to your starting position, holding your chin to your chest.

3

Roll to the left and hold the stretch on the opposite side. Repeat the physical therapy exercise at least three times on each side. As you gain strength and flexibility, finish with quicker neck rolls, holding each position for only half the time. Remember that you can exacerbate your injury if you move too quickly, so keep the motion slow and smooth.

How to Perform Insight Meditation

How to Perform Insight Meditation

If you're in search of inner peace and a sense of calm, then consider practicing Buddhist insight mediation, otherwise known as Vipassana. This 2,500-year-old worldwide practice enhances concentration while developing deep wisdom and insight.

1

Establish a quiet location for your meditation. Technically, Buddhist insight meditation can be done inside or outside. If you're a novice, select a location with minimal distractions.

2

Select a time to practice mediation. Mornings are optimal as your mind is fresh, rested and clear of daily events. Keep in mind, however, that the best time for meditation, is a time you'll commit to daily.

3

Sit on a cushion against a wall. Attain appropriate posture by imagining someone pressing between your shoulder blades. Relax your muscles.

4

Set your hands on your knees or in your lap. Shut your eyes and allow the lids to rest softly. Relax the muscles of your face.

5

Allow thoughts to flow freely through your mind, even thoughts that are disturbing or frustrating. You'll notice, over time, these thoughts are not permanent. They come and go.

6

Remain aware of hindrances to effective Buddhist insight meditation, including aversion, restlessness, sleepiness, hopelessness and desire. These hindrances minimize over time.

7

Meditate for as long as possible. Initially, you'll find it hard to sit for 5 or 10 minutes. As your practice improves, you'll sit for longer periods.

Tips & Warnings

Accept a constant wave of thoughts in the beginning, as this reflects the current state of your mind. Gradually, these thoughts diminish as your mind calms.

Don't try to force thoughts away. Eventually, they'll depart as new thoughts take hold.

How to Do a Summer Cleansing Fast

How to Do a Summer Cleansing Fast

This summer cleansing fast comes from a Seneca Indian tradition. The North American tribe believed in fasting as a means of connecting mind, body and spirit with all of Nature. Please see "How to Understand a Summer Cleansing Fast" (under Related eHows) and consult your doctor before beginning this fast.

Things You'll Need:

Bragg Aminos

Fresh Fruit

Herbal Teas

Mineral Bouillon

Vegetables

Fresh Fruit

Vegetables

1

Prepare for your fast by gathering all the food you will need in advance. Avoid the temptation to eat a big "last supper" before the fast. Your mind, stomach and appetite need to get used to the idea that less food is acceptable. An internal bath before you begin your fast is also a good idea.

2

Eat all the fruit (except bananas) you want on the first day. Eat apples, berries, watermelon, peaches and cherries. Drink plenty of fresh juice, water and herbal tea.

3

Eat nothing on the second day. However, drink all the herbal tea you want for the second day. Drink your favorite teas, or some suggested teas are cyani,
catnip
, chickweed, buchu, dandelion, barberry, and black walnut. Use raw herbs boiled in water and then strain to make your own fresh tea.

4

Eat all the vegetables you want on the third day. Eat them raw, steamed, roasted or baked. Drink teas and juiced vegetables.

5

Prepare a big pot of vegetable broth on the fourth day. Boil all your leftover vegetables from the day before in a pot with water. Add other vegetables as well, such as potatoes, peas, corn, carrots, broccoli, green peppers, zucchini, cabbage and parsley.

6

Season your broth with Bragg Aminos or mineral bouillon.

7

Strain away the vegetables and drink only the broth of your stew throughout the fourth day of your fast. (Keep the vegetables and eat them the next day.) Drink tea and water as well.

8

Break the fast on the fifth day with fruits in the morning, steamed vegetables for lunch, and a sensible, healthy dinner.

Tips & Warnings

Avoid heavy exercise during the fast. Some light yoga, stretching,
gardening
or walking are excellent ways to stimulate your metabolism and aid the processes of fasting, but hard exercise will distract your body. It is important, however, to begin exercising regularly immediately after the fast.

An internal bath at the end of the fast is an excellent way to aid your body in expelling toxins that have accumulated in your colon during the fast.

Pregnant women and
children
should not fast.

Consult your health care provider before going on this fast especially if you have diabetes, heart disease, ulcerative colitis, or epilepsy; if you are under 18 or underweight; or if you are on medication.

If you have any questions or concerns, contact a physician or health care professional before engaging in any activity related to health and diet. This information is not intended as a substitute for professional medical advice or treatment.

1

Clean your digestive tract with an internal bath or enema before beginning this fast. If you are uncomfortable with this idea, you can also take a mild laxative or laxative tea, but it is not as effective as an internal bath (see "How to Take an Internal Bath").

2

Eat only these foods, in liquid or solid form, from 8 a.m. to 12 Noon: apples, lemons, limes, oranges, kiwis, grapefruit, water, and herbal teas. Eat as much as you like of these foods.

3

Eat only these foods, in liquid or solid form, from 12 Noon to 8 p.m.: asparagus, beets, broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, dandelion leaves, garlic, olive oil, parsley, sprouts, water and herbal teas. The vegetables should be steamed, raw, baked or roasted. Vary the ways you eat them in order to obtain the live and cooked enzymes from all the vegetables.

4

Continue this diet for 3 to 10 days.

5

Begin drinking laxative teas in the morning and evening after the third day of the fast to aid your body in expelling matter. Realize that as your body under-takes this spring-cleaning process, toxins are being released from your vital organs and deep tissues. These toxins must exit your body or they will cause you discomfort.

6

Break your fast by beginning to include some spring grains, such as barley, wheat, millet, or rye into your diet. Continue eating balanced meals.

7

Adopt a regular exercise schedule after your fast to help your body maintain its clean system.

How to Hem a Pleated Skirt

How to Hem a Pleated Skirt

A pleated skirt remains a fashion mainstay in the closets of many girls and women and at some point you may want to add a hem to alter the length of the skirt. However, different techniques are used to hem a pleated skirt, depending on whether you're actually making the skirt, or whether you're tailoring it.

Things You'll Need:

Matching thread

Sewing machine

Pins

Tailor a Skirt By Adding a Hem

Step
1

Trim the "allowance" (the amount of fabric above the existing hemline) to a quarter of an inch. Create an overcast edge, which is simply a single-fold edge that folds from the outside to the inside of the skirt.

Step
2

Re-stitch the side seams, stopping when you're 6 inches above the overcast edge of the newly folded hemline.

Step
3

Create the hem in the front of the skirt and then the back of the skirt. Sew them into place separately rather than all at once. Ensure that you match the hem at the seams before completing them.

Step
4

Trim any leftover material away.

Hem a Skirt As You Make It

Step
1

Create the hem after sewing the side seam into place. Trim away the fabric down to your seam allowance in the area where you're going to create the hem and fold it at the seam so it's square with the pleat.

Step
2

Pin the hem into place, about a quarter of an inch from the edge of the skirt, and finish sewing the hem into place. Don't forget to clip the seam allowance, bringing it up just above the hemline.

Step
3

Fold your pleat to the point at which you want it to set and pin it in place about a quarter of an inch from the edge of the skirt. Sew it into place using a running stitch technique.

Tips & Warnings

Seam lines can make adding a hem to a pleated skirt a little tricky, particularly since the seam sometimes splits open at the hemline. To prevent this from happening, sew the pleat together about a quarter of an inch from the edge, press the skirt, and then overcast the seam edges so they cover the hem.

Always have the person who will be wearing the skirt try the skirt on before you add a hem to ensure proper fitting. Also, double-check to make sure that your baste (pin) markings are absolutely accurate before you sew them into place.

How to Help Your Wife Dress Like a Football Fan

How to Help Your Wife Dress Like a Football Fan

Taking your wife to the next big game? Well, make sure she is dressed for the occasion.

Things You'll Need:

Credit Card

Step
1

Take her shopping, heck that's the easy part. It is getting her to go into the proper stores that will be difficult. No Macy's, no GAP, no Old Navy; at least not yet. This is strictly a
sports
related spending spree.

Step
2

The jersey. Come on guys admit it, a lady looks a lot better in the team's jersey then us men. Avoid the ones with names on it. First, with the way players change teams who wants it when he leaves. But, second and most important, do you really want your wife wearing something has another guy's name on it?

Step
3

Shoes are the next step. Forget the spiked heels or boots, it is Nike time. Snatch up a classy set of sneakers because shoes make the outfit and the wrong ones could be disastrous.

Step
4

This is where the GAP can come in play. Get a pair of jeans. The colors of your team will decided what type, color, brand etc. Let her make this choice and remember her butt looks fine in those.

Step
5

No face paint, wigs, or other items that say; You know you should cover your face and/or hair. You might as well stand up and cheer; You're ugly, you're ugly, even your mamma says you're ugly.

Step
6

If it is winter time, this means coat, mittens (yes mittens) and scarf. This is going to add a hefty price tag to the adventure, but when the outfit is complete it will be worth every penny

How to Have Emo Hair

How to Have Emo Hair

One of the key components in looking emo is your hair. What exactly is considered an emo hairstyle is completely open for interpretation, but a few trends seem to be embraced by most people. Adapt the basics to create your unique look.

Things You'll Need:

Hair product

Flat iron

Get an Emo Haircut

Step
1

Get an asymmetrical style. Most

emo haircuts
have sides that are different, with plenty of uneven layers creating slopes and sweeps of hair. Usually, the front is longer than the back, and one side is shorter than the other.

Step
2

Do up the color. While emo immediately brings to mind sleek, almost oily, black hair, that is not a strict guideline. You'll find many emo styles in dark colors, but bold bright colors work as well.

Step
3

Have your friends cut your hair if you want to go for the uneven, shaggy look. A more sculpted emo cut must be done by a professional, but you can get some cool, short cuts by doing it yourself.

Step
4

Take a picture of your favorite emo haircut to your stylist. Try Emo Bucket, Emo-Corner or photos of your favorite band to find a cool hairstyle (see Resources below).

Step
5

Ask the person who cuts your hair to show you how to style it. Layers and strange cuts can be hard to maintain. Be sure to pick up proper hair products.

Style Your Emo Hair

Step
1

Brush your bangs in your face for a quick style on the go. Covering one eye with your hair, especially for men, is in line with basic emo looks. Work from there.

Step
2

Use a flat iron or hair straightener to keep your hair sleek looking. Asymmetrical, layered cuts look best when flattened.

Step
3

Pile on the hair product. If you want your spikes, tails and layers to conform all night, you'll need to use a combination of anti-frizz solution, wax and molding cream. Skip the pomade, or your hair may end up limp and greasy by the end of the night.

Step
4

Keep it messy. As a general rule, emo hair tends to look unruly, even if it was strategically styled that way.

Step
5

Try layering colors in chunks or streaks to create an emo look.

Tips & Warnings

Since emo hair is so open to interpretation, you have plenty of freedom to add your own creative expression while still maintaining the correct look.

Don't be surprised when a hair stylist doesn't know what an emo haircut is, since stylists learn industry terms for haircuts. Just describe what you want, and your stylist should understand.

How to Have Classic Style

How to Have Classic Style

Having classic style is simply a matter of not being persuaded by the latest trends and fads, but rather sticking to simple classic lines, fabrics and colors. Classic style doesn't have to break your budget, and can be achieved with just a few key pieces in your wardrobe. Once you invest in those pieces, you'll find that you use them so often that they eventually pay for themselves. Read on to learn how to have classic style.

Step
1

Spend your money on essentials. One nice black dress, a good pair of fashionable yet comfortable shoes, some quality jeans, a handbag and one key tailored jacket are a great basis for your wardrobe. You can enhance these pieces with less expensive items. Accessories, t-shirts, other bags and shoes can help spice up your outfits.

Step
2

Choose items that work with your size and body type. Try to accentuate your positives while drawing the eye away from less-perfect areas. Simple colors and lines can really help.

Step
3

Think about the season and dress appropriately for the weather and time of year. Keep your linens and cool cottons in light colors for spring and summer, and your heavy wools, plaids and such for fall and winter.

Step
4

Accessorize sparingly. One chunky necklace, scarf or belt can make a big difference. A sharp pair of shoes or a cool bag can also make an ensemble pop.

Step
5

Know yourself. Dress for your age and what works with your own personality. If you've always been a turtleneck kind of girl, don't expect to suddenly feel comfortable with a plunging neckline. If you feel comfortable, you'll be confident, and confidence is one accessory that's always in style.

How to Have a Pedicure for Spring

How to Have a Pedicure for Spring

A pedicure for spring is essential to prepare the feet for the exposure of wearing sandals and flip-flops or just going barefoot on the beach. While many choose to have a spa or salon pedicure, others prefer to perform their pedicures at home.

Things You'll Need:

180-grit file

240-grit file

Toenail clippers

Terry towel

Foot bath

Liquid soap

Essential oils

Nail polish remover

Cuticle remover

Orangewood stick

80-grit file paddle

Lotion

Spray bottle of warm water

Cotton pad

Alcohol

Toe separators

Base coat

Nail polish

Topcoat

Step
1

Gather the required tools, including files, nail clippers,
polish
remover

and cotton balls, and place them near a comfortable chair.

Step
2

Place the terry cloth toweling in front of your chair in preparation for the foot bath. Have an extra towel handy to wipe up any water drippings during the pedicure.

Step
3

Fill the foot bath with enough comfortably warm water to cover both feet. Add a few drops of liquid soap or
essential
oils

and stir lightly to disperse.

Step
4

Place the foot bath on the terry towel.

Step
5

Remove the old polish from the nails on both feet using a gentle polish remover.

Step
6

File the toenails straight across using a 180-grit file. Round the corners only slightly to the natural shape of the toe. Remove the underside of the corners with toenail nippers and file with a 240-grit file to smooth.

Step
7

Place both feet in the foot bath and soak for 5 minutes.

Step
8

Treat your cuticles with cuticle remover by massaging it into the cuticle. With the orangewood stick, gently push back the transparent cuticle.

Step
9

Use the nail brush to scrub your feet with special attention to the underside of the nails.

Step
10

Remove any callouses with the 80-grit foot file paddle, taking care to stay on calloused skin and avoid filing into healthy skin.

Step
11

Pour an adequate amount of lotion or cream into your hands and massage both feet. Make sure to get between the toes and around the toenails. Put both feet back into the foot bath and scrub to remove the lotion.

Step
12

Use a spray bottle of warm water to rinse the toes well and dry feet completely with special attention between the toes. To make sure all the oil is off the toenails, wipe with a cotton pad saturated with alcohol.

Step
13

Apply a base coat, followed by a thin coat of color. Allow to dry completely and apply a second coat of color. After both coats are dry, apply a thin layer of topcoat for long-lasting color.

Tips & Warnings

Use toe separators to prevent smudging until the polish is totally dry.

Have fun with your pedicure and choose colors to match your spring outfit.

If you're not sure about doing your own spring pedicure, have a professional do it at a spa. Prices vary dramatically from one spa to the next, so shop around if you're working within a tight budget.

Clean the foot bath tub with disinfectant, then rinse and dry.
