This sounds too easy but I guarantee you it works! This is a quick failproof way to permanently get rid of Plantars warts.I have done this on someone that had 10 on one foot,all gone in 2 weeks.







Things You'll Need:





4 aspirin




white vinegar




cotton balls




tape

Mix 1/4 cup of white vinegar and four crushed aspirins.

Soak a cottonball that has been shaped to the approximate size of the wart. Place on the wart and tape it,trying not to expose too much of the surrounding skin.

Leave on overnight. The skin the next day will be whitish and soft. Do this everyday until you can see the roundish shape of the wart exposed,usually three.Stop at this point and see if the wart dies. If not give it a couple of more treatments and see if it dies.I havent tried this on childrens more sensitive skin but would probably only leave it on for an hour a day.This treatment does not burn or hurt at all.

Save the money you would have spent at the doctors and take a nice vacation!!!!!!!








Use your own judgement on sensitive skin. I've only used this treatment on plantars warts that are under calloused skin. It works 100% of the time and they havent come back.

A comfortable firm surface to massage on, such as a massage table, bed, or mat on the floor

Familiarize yourself with the five basic strokes of Swedish massage.Effleurage: Long flowing strokes using the palm of the hand or a loose fist. This stroke helps warm up the tissue to prepare it for deeper work. Keep your hands relaxed when doing this stroke.Petrissage: Kneading strokes that lift the muscle away from the bone. This stroke encourages blood and lymph flow.Tapotement: The percussive stroke that you often see on TV and in movies. It can be done in a chopping motion using the sides of the hands or with loose fists. Be sure to keep your wrists loose and relaxed. It promotes superficial blood flow and invigorates muscles.Friction: Small detailed strokes across the muscle fibers. This stroke is usually quite deep and can be done with fingertips, thumbs and knuckles moving back and forth across muscle fibers or in a small circular motion.Vibration: Osculating or shaking the muscles to stimulate nerve endings.

Choose the area that you'd like to massage. Lubricate the area with your massage lotion. Remember that if you use too much lotion it will be more difficult for you to apply deep pressure during the massage.

With relaxed hands, effleurage the area. Use deeper strokes when moving towards the heart and lighter strokes when moving away from the heart. Effleurage is a diagnostic stroke. As you massage pay close attention to what you're feeling in the muscle. Notice hot or cold areas, stiffness or lumpiness in the muscle tissue. You are looking for dysfunction in the muscle. You'll go back to these areas of dysfunction later with deeper and more detailed friction strokes.

Petrissage the thickest area or belly of the muscle you're working. This promotes blood flow and helps break up adhesions in the muscle.

Do friction strokes on the areas in the muscle where you felt dysfunction. Try to loosen the tight tissue. Be sure not to overwork it.

End the massage with some tapotement or vibration. Sometimes tapotement can be jarring if the person you're massaging is very relaxed or sleeping. In these instances do vibration instead.

Communicate with the person you're massaging. Never work deeper than they feel comfortable.








Massages aren't always the same. Experiment with the different strokes to see what works best for you and the person you're working on.








Be sure to tell the person you massaged to drink plenty of water after the massage. This helps flush out any toxins that were released into the body during the massage.








Make sure you are comfortable and not straining while giving the massage.








Don't massage directly over the spine.








Don't massage the back of the knee or the crease of the elbow.

Apply a bit of cream to both hands to make it easy for the hands to navigate across the skin.

With left palm facing up, place the four fingers of your right hand under your left hand and position right thumb at bottom, right corner of left hand. Press thumb into hand, moving thumb up, pressing again, pressing and advancing upwards until you reach the base of the pinkie. Starting again at the base of the left palm, one thumb width over to the left, press and advance upwards until you reach the base of the ring finger. Start again at the base of the left palm, one thumb width over to the left, and do the same movement up to the middle finger. Work up the forefinger the same way. When finished, rub left palm with right thumb, making small circular movements, until entire palm is covered. Press thumb into palm, one inch below the middle finger of the left hand and hold for a moment. Repeat this entire procedure on the right hand.

Slide right thumb between each knuckle on left hand, down to wrist and stop. Repeat on the right hand, using the left thumb.

Starting from the base of the fingernail on left thumb, press right thumb into finger and advance forward, pressing again after each advance. Stop at base of thumb. Do this on all other fingers of left hand, then work on the right hand using the left thumb.

Starting from the tip of the left thumb, palm facing up, press right thumb into finger, advancing forward, then pressing again after each advance. Stop at base of thumb. Do this on all other fingers of the left hand, then work on the right hand using the left thumb.

Press right thumb into side of left thumb, starting from the end of the thumb, moving down to the wrist, pressing again after each advance. Stop at wrist and then work on side of right thumb in the same way, using the left thumb.

Make small circular movements with right thumb, all over left palm, then press thumb into palm, one inch below the middle finger of the left hand and hold for a moment. Repeat this step on the right palm.
